The results of the XXI Moscow International Logistical Forum (MMLF-2018) are summarized
Since 12 to 16 of February 2018 the XXI annual Moscow International Logistical Forum (MMLF-2018) took place. On the key day of the Forum on the 15 of February there were more than 500 specialists and representatives of trade, industrial and logistical companies from 29 regions of Russia, 12 countries, including Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland, Latvia, Greece, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. A new demo-zone was raised at the Forum, where the “Tehnopribor” company properly represented its products. The executive director Kobylin Alexander Valeryevich provided a report on advantages of automated elevating system for vertical storage. The CEO of the company Kobylin Valery Vadimovich presented to the audience a new automated production transporting and logistical system as well as an automated warehouse for heavy equipment. The Forum participants highlighted a high value of the solutions presented for introduction and use at own enterprises.

«Tehnopribor» at the «СеМAT Russia-2017» expo!
“Tehnopribor” design and construction bureau took part in the 8th international expo for storage equipment and material handling systems and means of storage automatization «СеMAT-2017», which was held in Moscow since 19 to 21 of September. At our stand we represented all the range of the services for organization of the modern warehouse on the “one window” principle: design and cosulting, engineering and production, as well as information technologies and software. The expo visitors could get a qualified consultation on the issues connected with coice and organization of different storage systems and get acquainted with new solutions , developed by our dealer «Ailog industries». We thank the guests of our stand at the "СеМАТ Russia-2017" expo for the interest they showed to our equipment and hope for further co-operation!

Technopribor JSC took part in the ‘RosUpack 2014’ specialized international exhibition which took place on June 17 – 20, 2014 in the ‘Crocus-Expo’ international exhibition centre, city of Moscow. During the exhibition we presented intralogistics solutions and automated warehousing systems, such as high-level automatic stacker cranes, roller and chain conveyors, load carrying machines and other types of warehousing equipment.

RosUpack is the largest industry-specific event in Russia and Eastern Europe attended by the leading companies belonging to this industry. According to the Russia-wide exhibition rating RosUpack is the leading Russian exhibition concerning the ‘Packing and Labeling’ field. About 700 companies representing packing and warehousing solutions for various fields, take part in the exhibition every year.

Technopribor JSC completed production and mounting of equipment designed for the complex of automated warehouses used at factories manufacturing wheel pairs. The equipment was purchased by ‘BelAZ’ JSC (Mogilev, Belarus). The complex with the total area of 5000 м2 includes gravitational and automatic accumulating warehouses for accumulation of bearings, automatic warehouses for storage of wagon wheels, shafts and parts of axle boxes. The commissioning works have almost been completed already.

The warehousing modules for storage of wagon wheels and shafts also include chain and roller transporters, transfer units, elevators. The bearing capacity of stacker cranes amounts up to 1000 kg.

For the very first time the ‘Technologistika’ logistics conference was held in the city of Cheboksary on August 22-23, 2013. More than 40 representatives of machine engineering and instrument-making industries, logistics companies and associations, goods and components manufacturers took part in the conference. Technopribor JSC acted as the organizer of the conference.

The primary aim of the event consisted in finding of solutions for issues connected to management of logistics activities and production processes by means of introduction of modern technologies.

The leading analytics of the industry and delegates from manufacturers of equipment and software spoke at the conference.

The first day was dedicated to discussion of theoretical questions related to management of material flows, introduction of automation into production processes of manufacturing and warehousing facilities, reduction of expenses and practicability of application of various levels of WMS and achievement of the guaranteed effect from the automation. Also the issue of selection of equipment and components for control of reliability of trade flows at production lines and warehouses was discussed during the conference.

During the second day the operation of an automated warehouse for tare weights was demonstrated to the participants of the conference. The delegates also visited a plant specializing in production of steel doors and locks with the completing and assembling line equipped with the automated warehouse for components which represents the possibilities of complex automation of production processes.

The event was at the same time a source of new special knowledge for the participants and it also demonstrated the practicability of a complex approach to planning and integration of automation of technological processes and material flows both at warehouses and production facilities.

We expect that the ‘Technologistika’ logistics conference will take part in the city Cheboksary every year, expanding the number of participants and the level of quality of processes related to information exchange.

Technopribor JSC took part in the 18th ‘RosUpack Logistics and warehousing 2013’ specialized international exhibition of packing machines which took place on June 18 – 21, 2013 in the ‘Crocus-Expo’ international exhibition centre, city of Moscow.

During the exhibition we presented intralogistics solutions in the sphere of warehousing systems, such as high-level automatic stacker cranes, roller and chain conveyors, load carrying machines and other types of warehousing equipment which allow reduction of operation costs and optimization of its functioning.

Technopribor JSC took part in the 18th international commercial and industrial exhibition titled ‘Grain-Compound feed-Veterinary medicine’ which took place on February 5 – 8, 2013 in the All-Russia Exhibition Center, city of Moscow.

More than 400 companies performing various activities took part in the conference: manufacturers of equipment, developers of new technologies and materials, entrepreneurs, managers of feed-milling plants and bread product complexes, representatives of poultry and cattle breeding farms, trade organizations, private farmers, scientists, government workers and teachers.

During the exhibition the company demonstrated a tube chain conveyor designed for transportation of granular, viscous and dusty materials which combines and large number of advantages comparing to other types of transporting equipment.
