The mechanism is based on a transmission system with the application of a reducing gear equipped with two outputs with the shafts driving the picking tolls which perform the plate re-creasing (during 20 seconds) according to the requirements of the technological process.
The technology of production of high-quality flat steel performed using a plate mill, implies in areas of plate repair. This is explained by the fact that the quality of the end product depends completely of the quality of the original die. The equipment produced by the ‘Technopribor planning and design office’ according to a special order is designed for stacking, creasing and further repair of plates using manual pneumatic debranning machines. Using an electric overhead type crane the plates are located on the inspection table of the creasing engineer who performs inspection and, if necessary, repair of the surface. Later the plates are creased for inspection and elimination of local defects located on the other side. After the defects are eliminated, the plate is put back to the finished products area by means of an electric overhead type crane.
