The warehousing equipment that was no longer required during a certain period of time was becoming popular again. Russian enterprises started to thick over the effectiveness of production processes and tried to reduce the volume of hand labor during transportation of cargos. In order to remain compatible and meet the requirements of modern manufactures the planning and design office started elaboration of new transportation and warehousing systems and modernization of the equipment that was already used.

The abovementioned automated systems (‘SKAS’ and ‘TRASSA’) were modernized and their carrying capacity grew up to 1000 kg. Shelf manipulators, elevator warehouses and rack equipment were also modernized.

The modernized ‘SKAS’ complex was first implemented at the ‘Irkutsk aircraft factory’ in the year of 2002. Together with the abovementioned complex a multi-level control system was installed. The system included the possibility of online transparent accounting, exchange of electronic documents between various divisions of the company and a graphical user interface.

Cooperation with the ‘Russian Railways’ JSC was another important stage of the history of our company. In the beginning of 2000 the company set a task consisting in equipping and automation of the production process and repair of wheel pairs. In order to solve this task a cross crane for wheel pairs loading and a wagon elevator for repair of wheel pairs in the field environment were elaborated and produced. Construction and manufacturing capacity of the planning and design office allowed equipping of several divisions of the ‘Russian Railways’ JSC with warehouses for storage of wheel chairs, bearings and loading cranes. Special-purpose non-standard equipment was also elaborated. Today one of the strategic goals of our company is equipping of the ‘Russian Railways’ JSC manufacture with new highly effective modern equipment which will allow production of goods capable of adapting to the growing demands of modern markets. Another area of activity of the planning and design office at that period was creation of a non-standard transportation equipment with technical specifications set by the Customer. Complex automated workplaces with attached equipment now helps to solve the production tasks of the ‘Samara AvtoPribor’ LLC. A pulsating conveyor providing non-synchronous flow production assembling of items with various weights was elaborated especially for the abovementioned manufacture. During the elaboration of the project I was considered that individual technical specifications might be necessary for assembling of various products, so the structure of conveyor equipment is configured according to a particular situation.

Another example of non-standard equipment includes a stamping and bending machine designed for production of parts out of tape and wire. The machine is capable of performing of a wide range of operations: alignment and handling of tape, tape feed at a set pace, hole punching, contoured chipping, bending, chamfering, coil-processing, cutting, embossing and stamping. Moreover the equipment may be equipped with a large number of auxiliary devices, f.e. for screw cutting, riveting, contact welding, assembling, sorting, mounting, etc. The final product depends completely on the technological operations necessary to the Customer.

The dimensions and configuration of the parts are determined by certain tooling. This equipment may be operated independently or as a part of technological lines installed in production facilities and areas.

These examples prove that it is not necessary to adjust to the existing models and characteristics. We will consider and offer you optimal solutions of any transportation and intralogistics tasks.
