We produce automated storage equipment, develop technology projects for more than 50 years.
Now we are the only Russian manufacturer who deliver complete turnkey solutions for warehouses, logistics centers and industrial enterprises.
Today, we define our main activities as a set of solutions to optimize the distribution of material flows:
- Creation and modernization of facilities for the intralogistics industry and trade
- Organization of warehouse management
- Transportation of bulk materials
- Creation of non-standard equipment under the individual conditions of the customer.
We have our own production and staff of highly qualified specialists. After years of work in the field of intralogistic projects were set up many customers from different business lines - construction, metallurgy, military industry, retail.
The next stage of operation of the planning and design bureau was the introduction of a new manufacturing field – warehousing machines and equipment. The drive for creation of a more rational structure of management of the pallet pool and introduction of automatic process control system used at transportation and warehousing complexes turned into one of the principal areas of activity starting with the seventies, so it still remains the main activity area of the enterprise. Following the traditions of quality, innovational ideas and achievements of the soviet and foreign experience the company developed equipment for storage and transportation of various cargos.
The RSB-50 robotized warehousing unit providing normalized storage and release of packaged goods with up to 50 kg mass was developed in the year of 1972 for solving of tasks related to storage automation. The special-purpose reload stations allow reciprocity between the RSB-50 automated storage and transportation and technological means compiling the flexible production system. The semi-automatic and automatic operation modes of the stacker-crane allow varying of involvement of the operator into the production process.
The equipment was successfully integrated at the following enterprises: ‘Leningrad electromechanical plant’, ‘Elara research and production complex’, ‘Tekstilmash’, ‘Moscow Watch Factories’, ‘AvtoVaz’, ‘Mosrentgen’, ‘Kristal manufacturing group, city of Smolensk’.
The ‘SKAP-320’ automated shelf storage unit was elaborated in 1974 in order to solve the issues related to intermediate storage of both packaged goods and long cargos in workplaces and production facilities. The delivery of shelves carrying cargos to the lower point if the storage unit is performed automatically, but the picking of the cargo may be performed either manually or by means of electric hoists and manipulators. Large capacity and at the same time compactness of the automated shelf storage unit help to clear production facilities and decrease the volume of heavy hand labor during performance of loading and unloading operations.
The ‘STEL’ rack with a movable stair was elaborated as auxiliary warehouse equipment. This rack has a wide area of use, from assembly units to archive premises. The movable stair is equipped with hand rails, platforms and foot brake. The stair may be displaced along the racks while the operator remains on the platform.
The ‘KIM-50’ system is another example of transportation equipment. This system is designed for transportation of containers during transfer operations with roller and chain conveyors. The system is used as auxiliary equipment included into warehousing units. The operation principle of the system is the following: boxes containing cargo placed on telescope-type tables of stacker cranes are distributed in containers with the help of a manipulator. After that the containers may be used as an intermediary storage units o directed to the workplaces.
The ‘SKEM’ elevator rack with microprocessor control , elaborated by the planning and design office in the year of 1976, helps to solve the problem of compact storage within limited spaces. The necessary shelf is delivered to the workplace in a split second while the electric blocking system limits the accessibility of unauthorized persons to the rack content.
The equipment elaborated by the Technopribor planning and design office was manufactured at factories located in Dneprodzerzhinsk (Ukraine), Yaroslavl, Armavir. Also a factory for production of goods elaborated by the planning and design office was built in the city of Kirovakan (Armenia).
The annual production volume of various types of stacker cranes with control systems and rack structures amounted 150 sets.
