Today, we define our main activities as a set of solutions to optimize the distribution of material flows:

- Creation of non-standard equipment under the individual conditions of the customer.

We have our own production and staff of highly qualified specialists. After years of work in the field of intralogistic projects were set up many customers from different business lines - construction, metallurgy, military industry, retail.

In the early eighties the ‘SKAS’, a new generation of automated warehousing systems was introduced. The system is a complex of demountable racks and aggregate module units which includes a stacker crane with 10,50,250,500 kg capacity, equipped with an on-board control system, power supply cabinet, station for receiving and issuing of cassettes, receiving area of the rack, reloading station and a multi-level control system based on programmed logistics controllers. Depending on the Customers desires, the Company offers 4 versions on the unit: with central placement, left-side placement, right-side placement and double-side placement of the stacker crane. The ‘SKAS-10’ warehouse for light cargos is equipped with a suspended-type automatic manipulator.

During the same period the Company focused on elaboration of a conception of a brand new generation of single-rail transportation systems called ‘TRASSA’ which were intended for complementation of the ‘SKAS’ warehousing systems and creation of a single complex allowing complete automation of transportation and warehousing activities performed by industrial enterprises.

The carrying capacity of the ‘TRASSA’ system as well as the carrying capacity of the ‘SKAS’ system varies from 10 to 500 kg. The complex includes transportation robots, direct and radial road parts with arrows, a transmitting device and a control system. The complex allows transportation of cargos at high speed and in any direction as the road mounting and rerouting are very much simplified. Another advantage of this system compared to the traditional transportation means is a reduced level of noise which was obtained due to binding of the running wheels and idler rollers with plastic.

After the introduction of the ‘TRASSA’ and ‘SKAS’ systems they were integrated into such enterprises as ‘Teplokontol production group, city of Kazan’, ‘SchetMash factory, city of Kursk’, ‘KaMAZ’ where they gave a good account of oneself. Today due to the traditions of high quality and acting on the market changes these complexes offer a perfect solution of transportation issues with various intensity of freight traffic.
